TOCOS (Rice Bran Solubles)

I love these rice bran solubles. They're delicious and organic. I love putting a couple tablespoons in milk...yum!!

SO far it has been gentle on my stomach, tastes good and dissolves easy, hoping to get the benefits of vitamin e, since tocopherols are too harsh for my gut, this seems like a better option.

I'm going to use this as a pack because I heard that rice brine is good for removing pimples. I will wash my face with brown sugar, rice brisket, and foam cleansing. I will use it for my clean skin.

I love the delicious flavor of tocos in my hot teas. I wasn’t expecting to see a huge difference but after using it almost daily for the past month, I’ve noticed a significant decline in hair fallout and shedding.So happy with this purchase!!

I like washing my face with this. Skin is really soft after rinsing off. I wet my face and hands. I put some of this powder in my hand along with more water. I then scrub it into my skin for a few and then let it dry like a face mask. After it dries, I rinse it off.
