I’ve been using the Loftie Smart Lamp for a few weeks now, and it has positively impacted my sleep routine. The night setting has been a game-changer—it's calming and helps me unwind so much faster than before. I've noticed that it's a lot easier for me to fall asleep, which was always a struggle. I also was very prone to headaches from the harsh light but I have a roommate who comes in late sometimes and so they need light to get in.
