Returns, Refunds, and Return Shipping

Please check the Shipping and Returns information on the product page of the item you are purchasing for the most accurate return terms. Because we carry both M.S Skincare products and select products from outside vendors, some items may have product-specific return rules, return windows, exclusions, warranty terms, shipping terms, or restocking fees.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, unless a different return window or policy is stated on the product page.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, unopened where applicable, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at orders@msskincare.co. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. In some cases, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the cost of the return shipping label may be covered or may be deducted from your refund. Customers may also be responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, depending on the item and vendor policy.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order included a shipping charge at checkout, that amount will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error, or the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For high-value, oversized, or specialty wellness items, including but not limited to red light therapy devices, mats, sauna products, and similar equipment, a restocking fee of up to 5% may be deducted from the refund for approved returns that are not due to damage, defect, or an incorrect item. This fee helps cover inspection, handling, repackaging, vendor return costs, and non-refundable transaction costs associated with high-value items. Any applicable restocking fee will be noted on the product page where required.

We do not charge a restocking fee when the return is due to an item arriving damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, spoiled, melted, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box when contacting us.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods such as food, chocolate, tea, pantry items, flowers, or plants.

For health, safety, and quality reasons, all food, chocolate, ingestible products, and other perishable items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

We also cannot accept returns on opened, used, or unsealed personal care goods, beauty products, skincare, body care, hair care, fragrance, wellness products, or intimate-use items.

Custom products, special orders, personalized items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, and gift cards are also final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have, if eligible, and place a separate order for the new item once your return has been accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, unless an exception applies.

As above, the item must be returned in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, unopened where applicable, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unless we agree otherwise, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for EU cooling-off period returns, except where the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges, return shipping costs, and any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to our error, damage, defect, or an incorrect item.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at orders@msskincare.co.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

For returns shipped by the customer, especially items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
