Peppermint essential oil is one of our all-time favorites! Peppermint has various health benefits, such as unclogging sinuses, easing joint discomfort, treating motion sickness, and relieving muscle pain. It's also very pleasant and has a cooling effect on the skin.

100% natural essential oils. 0.5oz/15ml

How to use: Place 3-4 drops per minimum 100ml of water and throw water on the rocks. Do not place oils directly on sauna stones.
