How to Use

Add 1 - 2 cups of flakes into your tub and let them dissolve. We recommend soaking in pleasantly warm, not excessively hot water. Extremely hot water causes the skin to sweat, which expels toxins and prevents the body from absorbing as much magnesium as possible. Soak for at least 20 minutes to maximize benefits. You may also soak your hands or feet in a smaller bucket if you prefer/cannot access a bath tub!
