Orders are shipped directly from Canopy. Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

All Canopy devices, including Humidifiers, Diffusers, Air Purifiers, and Water Filtration products, are covered by a 60-Day Happiness Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your Canopy device within 60 days of delivery, contact us at info@msskincare.co to initiate a return. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required. Returns sent without one will not be accepted. Full refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected, minus a $10 handling fee which covers return shipping. Please note that accessories including filters, aroma oils, and stones, as well as any personalized or monogrammed devices, are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrived damaged.
