Shipping & Returns

All items ship directly from Sertodo in their original packaging.

For returns, we have a 30-day return policy on unused items. We do have a return handling fee, which is normally 5-25%, depending on the condition of the piece. Most items are at a 5%, which covers light cleaning on pieces that were opened and handled. The only time we implement a higher fee is when the piece is returned used. This is very rare.

Please ship the item back using a trackable method. Please try to use the original shipping materials to avoid any damage during transit.
Refunds will be issued once Sertodo has received and inspected the item.
Shipping charges are non refundable.

Hand wash in warm soapy water with a soft cloth and dry immediately. Skip the dishwasher and abrasive pads. Copper develops a warm patina with use. To restore a mirror shine, rub with a paste of lemon juice and fine salt, then rinse and dry, or use a copper-specific polish.

This fit like a glove on my KitchenAid 6-quart mixer. I know other people say it doesn’t but mine fit exactly perfect and a highly recommend. Very high-quality product, thick copper and gorgeous.

Mold appearance that remains!

I received my cup yesterday, I washed the cup as soon as it arrived, with warm water. I fill it with filtered water and ice. I let sit overnight to receive the reported copper health benefits.This morning there were green spots ant the bottom along the inside of the cup as well as a ring line where the water topped inside the cup that resembled green/bluish mold! I emptied the water and washed with salt and warm water as recommended. The green mold spots did not go away!Is this normal?Is it safe to drink from?

We have a home water filter and added this to the bag of tricks and we absolutely love it. Water is COLD coming out of this. Let the water sit for some hours before you drink. And clean the copper when needed with a lemon and salt to bring it back to shine.

Description is a lie...

This cup is not copper....it may be copper plated at best. After 1 use, noticed flaking in my water. Poured it out and sides of cup had spots in it where plating pealed off around the bottom and sides. Extremely disappointed. Felt cheated paying over 60 dollars for this sham of a product.

Weird Dark Spots

I thought this copper cup,would be perfect but the minute I poured water in it dark spots appeared on the interior. I tried copper polish to get rid of them but they didn’t really go away. I’ve never had a copper vessel do that before.

Decent glass, high maintenance not quite as heavy duty as I’d like as other brands I’ve purchased

I would like to give it 3 1/2 stars just because I ordered two different brands of copper cups and the other ones are superior in every way these are a decent thickness, solid copper. I’ve been using them for one day now and I’m noticing black spot starting to form from water being on them very quickly and it’s not easy to take off if you can imagine inside the cup without chemicals and or abrasive sponges, etc.The other brand I purchased are smaller, but they’re thicker heavier duty, and feel solid in your hand. I’ve been using them for about a month now and no black spots. Water spots come off easily with a microfiber towel and I can’t tell if any tarnishing whatsoever or water spots. I’m not sure if it’s a different grade of copper but for the price I’m not understanding why these are tarnishing so fast compared to these others which haven’t shown any signs of tarnishing.The third picture is a prince of Scott’s glass that I bought and have been using for a month straight I did not get any free products for this review. I paid for them myself. I don’t mean to compare the two brands but the other ones are superior. I’ve only wiped them with a microfiber towel. Well, the larger ones I’ve used brushes, mild soap, and I really don’t want to use a metal polish, but it seems like it’s gonna be the only way I can get these to stay consistently clean

GREAT CRAFTMANSHIP & QUALITY. HOWEVER, IT DISCOLORED AFTER I put water in it, set it down and got called away to the door for like 15 min. Came back and it funny inside so I dumped water out & it looked like this 😢😠 Soooo disappointed. Returning. ❤️ the story behind the product though! I was shocked how quickly it tarnished. 😢
