We recommend using the device consistently for 5-15 minute sessions every day for 30 days.

For unwanted returns, the Customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost, unless the item is found faulty.

The Customer will be refunded the total product cost minus the initial outgoing shipping fee paid.

The MOVE+ Pro device comes with a One Year Warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. The RELIEF+ Trigger Point Therapy Tool also has a 1-year limited warranty for manufacturing defects under normal use.
