If you are not satisfied within 90 days of delivery, please reach out to us at info@msskincare.co to begin the return process. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number is required before sending anything back. Items returned without one will not be processed. Original shipping costs are not refunded, and a restocking fee of 10 to 30% may apply depending on the condition of the returned item.

After 90 days and within one year of purchase, defective items may be eligible for a replacement rather than a refund. HealthyLine also offers a Lifetime Trade-In Policy.
