Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing once your return is received. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

If your package shows as delivered but has not arrived, please first check around your property, with neighbors, and with your local post office. Most packages show up within 48 hours of the delivery scan. If you have done all of that and your order is still missing, contact us at info@msskincare.co and we will look into it.
