The Calming Bath Soak combines natural mineral salts with a hand-tied herbal sachet of lavender, ashwagandha, and complementary vata-calming botanicals. Surya packages the 25 oz soak as a single-use ritual so every bath delivers a full, fresh herbal infusion at proper Ayurvedic potency and quiet warmth.

Dissolve the salts of the Calming Bath Soak into a warm bath, drop the herbal sachet in, and let it steep as long as you soak. Surya recommends twenty to thirty minutes with dim light, then a gentle rinse and a quiet, unhurried transition straight to bed afterward.

The Calming Bath Soak is formulated to relax the nervous system, restore vata warmth, and help skin recover from dryness and travel-related stress. Surya draws on ashwagandha and lavender, the same vata-calming herbs used in the Calming Body Oil, moving both body and mind quietly from wired into truly rested state.
