The Cooling Bath Soak combines natural mineral salts with a hand-tied herbal sachet of rose petals, neem leaf, and other pitta-cooling botanicals traditionally used in Ayurveda. Surya packages the 24.75 oz soak as a single-use ritual so every bath delivers the full herbal infusion, unbroken and freshly potent.

Draw a warm bath, dissolve the entire salt contents of the Cooling Bath Soak into the water, and drop the herbal sachet in to steep. Surya recommends soaking about twenty minutes with the lights low, then rinsing gently. Skip vigorous soap so the herbal essence stays on your skin.

The Cooling Bath Soak helps calm redness, blemishes, and heat-aggravated skin while settling a warm or reactive mood.
