I could write a novel over this product but I will try not to. My whole life I've dealt with chemical burns and painful bumps in my armpits. I had insomnia for over 10 years, I tried everything you can think of that was non-pharmaceutica! Sometimes I would work 10 hour days doing construction and still not sleep. Good at night.
