Orders are fulfilled directly by Therasage.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items returned in original condition with all included components. Items that do not meet those conditions may be subject to a restocking fee under Therasage’s policy.

Please note that Bio Band Energy Bracelets, the TheraSmile toothbrush, TheraVibe Quantum Pendants, TheraProtect products, TheraEssential Oils, opened creams or supplements, and clothing are not eligible for return.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
