To start a return, email info@msskincare.co with the subject line "Return Request - Order #[your order number]" along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging in their original condition. We will respond within 2 to 4 business days.

Please note: the product and packaging must be in original condition with no wear or damage. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed within 2 to 4 business days of receiving the item and passing inspection.
