Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return, items must be unused and unwashed, free from stains, odors, or pet hair and returned in their original packaging and condition. We cannot resell items that do not meet these qualifications, so we ask for your respect.

Inspection and Refunds: All returns are carefully inspected upon arrival before a refund is issued. If a returned item shows signs of use (including food stains, spills, or markings), we will consider it non-returnable, and either deny the refund or issue a partial refund to reflect the item's condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.
