Surya packages it with a user guide, framing the practice as a slow personal ritual rooted in Ayurvedic tradition, not as any kind of medical intervention or treatment.

The (y)oni Reset Steam is a blend of Ayurvedic herbs traditionally used to gently cleanse, warm, and settle the pelvic space. Surya keeps the exact recipe traditional and includes a user guide with each package so first-time steamers can follow proper preparation, timing, and gentle cool-down steps.

To use the (y)oni Reset Steam, set up over a steam chair like the one in Surya's (y)oni care set, or a low stool with a bowl of hot water below. Follow the included Surya guide: check temperature first so nothing is uncomfortably hot, drape a blanket over the lap, and steam.

Surya suggests using the (y)oni Reset Steam between cycles, in the week after bleeding ends, or during a slow reset weekend at home. Alternate steaming with the Hormone Soothing Bath Soak on non-steam nights, skip while pregnant or bleeding, and defer to your own care provider for personal medical questions.

The (y)oni Reset Steam pairs with Surya's Hormone Soothing Bath Soak on the same wind-down evening for full-body warmth. Surya accepts returns on eligible full-priced items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unopened and unused and in their original packaging.
