Calming Body Oil

The Calming Body Oil is Surya's vata-balancing abhyanga oil, formulated by Martha Soffer for dry, irritated, or wind-worn skin. What sets it apart is a nervine herb blend of ashwagandha, brahmi, lavender, and shatavari on a warming white sesame base, purpose-built for daily lymphatic self-massage before rest.

The Calming Body Oil is built on organic white sesame oil, cured with ashwagandha, brahmi, lavender, lemongrass, shatavari, and tulsi. Surya draws on herbs traditionally used in Ayurveda to ground the nervous system and quiet a scattered vata mind, packaged in a 6.7 fl oz amber bottle.

Warm a small pool of Calming Body Oil in your palms and perform Surya's abhyanga self-massage in slow, generous strokes from feet up to heart. Surya recommends doing it in the evening for at least ten minutes before a warm bath or bed, quietly undoing the whole day.
