Cooling Bath Soak

The Cooling Bath Soak is Surya's single-use, pitta-balancing herbal bath, blending mineral salts with a muslin sachet of rose petals and neem leaf. What sets it apart is Martha Soffer's traditional Ayurvedic recipe designed to draw down excess heat and settle irritated skin inside a single 24.75 oz soak.

The Cooling Bath Soak combines natural mineral salts with a hand-tied herbal sachet of rose petals, neem leaf, and other pitta-cooling botanicals traditionally used in Ayurveda. Surya packages the 24.75 oz soak as a single-use ritual so every bath delivers the full herbal infusion, unbroken and freshly potent.

Draw a warm bath, dissolve the entire salt contents of the Cooling Bath Soak into the water, and drop the herbal sachet in to steep. Surya recommends soaking about twenty minutes with the lights low, then rinsing gently. Skip vigorous soap so the herbal essence stays on your skin.

The Cooling Bath Soak helps calm redness, blemishes, and heat-aggravated skin while settling a warm or reactive mood. Surya formulates it in the same pitta family as the Cooling Body Oil and Cooling Lip Therapy, so it fits long hot days, spicy meals, and workloads that leave skin and mind running hot.

Pair the Cooling Bath Soak with Surya's Cooling Body Oil after toweling off, so pitta-cooling rose and sandalwood soak into still-warm skin. On travel weeks, alternate with Surya's Hormone Soothing Bath Soak for a broader ritual that gentles both external heat and internal monthly shifts.
