What sets it apart is a long herb list layered onto a sesame oil base, treating oil pulling as a full Ayurvedic ritual rather than a plain wellness trend.

The Herbalized Pulling Oil is built on sesame oil, infused with bibhitaki, bilwa, cinnamon, comfrey, ginger, haritaki, jasmine, licorice, neem, orange peel, pink rose, pushkarmool, red sandalwood, turmeric, and other traditional Ayurvedic herbs. Surya sources each botanical for oral, gum, and breath support.

Take one tablespoon of Herbalized Pulling Oil into your mouth first thing in the morning, before brushing or drinking anything. Swish gently for ten to twenty minutes without swallowing, then spit into the trash and rinse. Surya recommends doing it daily as part of your morning wellness ritual.
