Draw a warm bath, dissolve the mineral salts of the Love Bath Heart-Opening Soak, and float the herbal sachet on top to infuse. Surya recommends dim lighting, at least twenty minutes of soaking, and a slow towel-off. Bathe alone or share the ritual with a partner on a quiet evening.
