All items ship directly from Lumara.

Processing: Most orders leave our fulfillment center within 2–3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays. If your order is placed during a high-volume period, it may take a day or two longer — we will reach out if there is a meaningful delay.

Delivery: Expect your order to arrive within 3–5 business days after it ships. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Tracking: A confirmation email with your tracking number goes out the day your order ships. The link becomes active the same day.


Returns & Replacements

We stand behind every product we carry. If something is not right, we want to fix it.

30-day window: Reach out within 30 days of receiving your order and we will work with you on a resolution.

Arrived damaged or defective: Open your package carefully and inspect it when it arrives. If the mask is damaged or not functioning as expected, contact us right away. Keep the original packaging — it is needed to process the claim.

Replacements: Eligible returns receive a complimentary replacement unit and a prepaid return label. Processing takes approximately 1–3 weeks once your claim is submitted.
