VanMan's Pulling Oil is a very simple product, only two ingredients! To use pulling oils take a tablespoon and swish it around your teeth and gums for 20 minutes. The Extra Virgin Organic Coconut Oil nourishes your entire mouth while gently pulling away bacteria and toxins that cause bad breath or worse.
Good any time of day but works best in the morning before brushing. Also a great way to train breathing only from your nose (mouth breathing a leading cause for cavities)
