If you are not completely satisfied with your Canopy device within 60 days of delivery, contact us at info@msskincare.co to initiate a return. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required. Returns sent without one will not be accepted. Full refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected, minus a $10 handling fee which covers return shipping.
