Orders are shipped directly from Blu Atlas. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Blu Atlas offers a 30-day return and exchange window. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact info@msskincare.co within 30 days of receiving your order. Include the items you wish to return, their current condition, and the reason for the return. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided. Once the label is issued, you have 30 days to hand the package to the carrier. After that window, the order is no longer eligible for a refund. Full refunds are issued once the return is received and inspected.
