Shipping & Returns

All items ship directly from Sertodo in their original packaging.

For returns, we have a 30-day return policy on unused items. We do have a return handling fee, which is normally 5-25%, depending on the condition of the piece. Most items are at a 5%, which covers light cleaning on pieces that were opened and handled. The only time we implement a higher fee is when the piece is returned used. This is very rare.

Please ship the item back using a trackable method. Please try to use the original shipping materials to avoid any damage during transit.
Refunds will be issued once Sertodo has received and inspected the item.
Shipping charges are non refundable.

Yes. The Apa Copper Cup is 100% pure copper, unlined, which is how traditional copper drinkware is built. It is intended for cold and room-temperature beverages including water, iced tea, cocktails, and spirits. For very acidic mixes, pour and enjoy rather than storing the drink in the cup long term.

How do you clean and care for the Sertodo Apa Copper Cup?

Hand wash with warm water, a drop of mild soap, and a soft sponge, then dry right away with a soft towel. Never use a dishwasher, steel wool, or abrasive pads on copper. To restore the shine, rub with a cut lemon dipped in salt, rinse well, and dry. If it holds drinking water, refresh the interior every few weeks with lemon juice, salt, and warm water.

Why does water taste different from a copper apa cup?

Copper is one of the most thermally conductive metals used in drinkware. It pulls cold from the ice into the cup wall almost immediately, which is why water served overnight or straight from the fridge reads colder and crisper from a copper vessel than from glass.

I have been looking for a copper bowl for a while, and finally purchased the Sertodo 2.5 Qt (10 in. diameter) bowl. It is absolutely beautiful, and will be perfect for making whipped cream. I am very impressed with the craftsmanship and it's way too pretty to store in a cabinet. I wasn't sure about which size to get, and the 2 Qt is perfect. I included the blender in the picture to give some perspective on the size.
