Intensity of night sweats is dramatically down!

(Review by my mother)I'm 58 and have had severe hot flashes for about 5 years—usually 4-5 times every day, and at least one incidence of night sweats per night so severe that it wakes me up, and I typically have to change my pajamas before I can go to sleep again. I haven't really experienced weight gain, moodiness, or brain fog typical of menopause, but the hot flashes drive me crazy! This promised "a difference on day one." I didn't see an immediate difference, but I'm three weeks into the 30 capsules, and I do feel like there has been a notable reduction in daytime hot flashes. I maybe have one per day, if that. The night sweats are also fewer in number, probably 1-2 a week. More important than frequency reduction is the reduced intensity. That has been HUGE and I'm much more comfortable.I'm trying a number of things in addition to the Kindra Meno Relief (like changing my diet, exercise, and how cold it is in the room where I sleep), so I can't be certain that all the relief is due to the supplement. But I'm happy with the progress! Also, the capsules are easy to take and don't have any weird aftertaste or side effects. The product and the packaging feel a little homemade.

Helping With Vaginal Dryness

I've been postmenopausal going on 5 years now. I've noticed a change in libido as well as experienced vaginal dryness for about a year and just really wasn't sure what could be done. I started taking Kinda MenoRelief going on 2 weeks to see if things would get better. I am starting to see some changes for the better. My mood is much better too. I will continue to keep taking one capsule per day as directed and looking forward to really feeling the benefits over the next several months.

Supposed to be good.

I'm taking this supplement mostly to improve blood flow to the pelvic region (I read that Pycnogenol does that) and Maca root is always good just for general health. I do have signs of perimenopause and want to see if this supplement helps with that.Unfortunately the seal was not fully glued to the jar when it arrived, so that's not good. It has a warning to not take it if the seal is broken. One other thing I'm not a fan of is that the plastic (#5) for the jar is not easily recyclable.

Research Before Starting, Especially If Immunocompromised or Have Blood Clotting Issues

This is one of those supplements that can be quite anecdotal. It contains only 2 active ingredients, Maca Root Powder and French Maritime Pine Bark Extract. A quick internet search indicates that there are many benefits that MAY be possible with Maca Root powder, including maybe increasing calcium absorption and it may help prevent osteoporosis, may improve memory, focus and brain function. May have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, etc. The reason there are so many might and may qualifiers before each statement is because most of the evidence supporting these benefits are anecdotal or based on animal studies. More research is needed to confirm their effectiveness in humans. Additionally, it’s essential to consult with a healthcare professional before consuming maca root, especially if you have any underlying health conditions or are taking medications. Of the limited studies that I found regarding the claims of this supplement, I did note that the doses the subjects were given were in the 1500-3000mg range daily for 12 weeks. This supplement provides 500mg. Maca is generally safe to eat as part of your regular diet. Research has found it safe to take as a supplement of up to 3g per day for no longer than four months. That being said, it generally takes months for the full effect of the supplement to be noticeable, so one bottle isn’t going to cut it. On the upside, it has been used for at least 2000 years, so it’s safety is generally established. Now, Pine Bark extract comes with a few more warnings. It is purported as giving antioxidant, antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory benefits and has been studied for a variety of uses, especially asthma and arthritis. Pine bark is considered safe when used in recommended amounts, but some people may have sensitivities to pine bark, and certain populations, including older adults, pregnant and breastfeeding people, and those who are immunosuppressed should avoid it. That’s because not enough research has been done supporting its safety in these groups. What’s more, some medications for blood clotting, diabetes and immunosuppressants may interact with pine bark.As with any supplement, do your homework, and loop your health care provider in to make sure it is the right supplement for you.Two things I noticed with this particular brand is that the bottle arrives with 30 capsules in a container that could hold double or triple that. That was a disappointment to open the jar and see it mostly empty. It felt like a waste of plastic. Since it recommends you take it for a minimum of 60 days, it would make more sense to sell a bottle with a 60 day supply instead of 30.The other thing I noted is a catalog insert they added. It is filled with interesting supplements and aids that I was quite unaware of before now. I am very interested in looking into other products they offer. For this supplement, I haven’t noticed much benefit, but it’s only been a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, I have to start a medication next week that will not allow me to finish the bottle. It really is very important to talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking any supplement. For many, this may be the answer they have been looking for.

I have my life back

If I could give this 10 stars, I would. Menopause hit me hard after stopping hormonal contraception. The frequency and intensity of the hot flashes were unbearable, stopping me in my tracks and often bringing me to tears. Night sweats were awful, waking up frequently throughout the night with sweat dripping off my whole body. I could no longer snuggle with my love for more than a minute or so before I would become an inferno, even during the day. It was killing me emotionally. Lube helped with the vaginal dryness, but it made **** less spontaneous. This is the second herbal therapy I tried after reading a recommendation in Menopause Bootcamp by Dr. Suzanne Gilberg-Lenz (highly recommend!). I am only a week and a half into the therapy and the results are dramatic. I am still aware of the hot flashes, but that is it, I am merely aware of feeling a bit warm. And in between, I am not ice cold like I had been. Night sweats have stopped and even the lube has stayed put away. So far, I haven't noticed any side effects. I will absolutely continue this herbal therapy. I hope it helps you, too!

Gentle, Effective Relief for Menopause Symptoms

Kindra MenoRelief has been a game-changer for managing my menopause symptoms. This hormone-free supplement helped reduce hot flashes, night sweats, and brain fog without any side effects. I also noticed improvements in energy and mood. The blend of natural ingredients like maca root and Pycnogenol® feels gentle yet effective. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a doctor-recommended, natural way to support menopause and perimenopause.

Effective!

I really like that these they have minimal ingredients but seem effective, I do feel like my period was less severe, night sweats have decreased and my mood seems lifted. I was using another brand that had alot more in them and they hurt my stomach a bit so these seem to be a better fit for me, I dont see a subscription for them which would be nice but I am setting them up manually to be resent ever 30 days, the price is a little high but it is one of those things-you pay for what you get. Great product!

Great Way to Manage Menopause Symptoms

These are a great healthy alternative to more traditional prescription and over the counter options. They helped me manage my menopause symptoms very well, without having the side effects I would get with other options. Well worth the money spent.

Is it me, or are these working?

I can't say if these 'truely' work, but I feel like they do. I only got a 30 day supply, and the instructions state best results after 60 days. However, and this could be placebo effect, but I swear my libido increases with use. I will probably order more when I run out to see if that continues or not. No other changes noticed so far, but again only just starting to take them so time may tell.

Finally Something That Helps

I was honestly skeptical, but this has made a real difference. I’ve been dealing with hot flashes, night sweats, and that frustrating brain fog for a while now. After a few weeks on this supplement, things have noticeably improved—especially the night sweats, which were really affecting my sleep. What I like most is that it’s hormone-free. I didn’t want to mess with anything synthetic, and this feels like a safer, more natural option. It’s not a magic fix, but it’s helped me feel more like myself again, and that’s no small thing.Glad I gave it a shot. It’s become part of my daily routine now.

Supplement my supplement…

I use this in conjunction with my other supplements to boost the dose. This contains only 2 ingredients to try to control Hot Flashes, Night Sweats, Brain Fog, and some other things. I personally do not think these would be very effective on their own.

Kindra MenoRelief – Too Soon to Say, But Ingredients Look Promising

I haven’t been taking this long enough to notice big changes yet, but I am really into the ingredient list—maca root, Pycnogenol®, and no hormones, which is exactly what I was looking for. As someone easing into perimenopause and not loving the symptoms (hi, brain fog), I’m hopeful. I’ll update once I give it a full run, but so far, no side effects and it feels like a gentle start.

Seems to be helping so far

My wife has been taking this MenoRelief supplement for about a week, and she's had fewer hot flashes since the first day. She's still having some, but definitely not as many as before she started this supplement. She was already taking maca pretty regularly, so she suspects it's the Pycnogel helping. We'll see if the hot flashes disappear completely after she's been on it longer. The capsules are easy to take and have no off-putting odors, and she's happy that they are vegan. We're not sure where they are made, and there's no indication of any 3rd party lab-testing.

Easy to swallow

Pros:+ It contains Pycnogenol® and Maca Root, which may support blood flow, hormone regulation, and overall health.+ Hormone-free alternative for menopausal and perimenopausal support.+ Simple one-capsule daily dosage.+ Only 1 Pill a day with food.Cons:- Limited research on Maca Root benefits and Pine Bark extract, with many claims being anecdotal.- Only 500mg of Maca Root is lower than what some studies suggest for effectiveness.- Strong Smell, but not in a bad way.My Opinion:While this isn't as effective as the liquid versions with higher concentrations, it could yield results with long-term use.Additional Informational Notes:The time it takes to see results from taking 500mg of Maca Root with Pycnogenol can vary depending on the individual and the specific benefits you're seeking. Generally, with supplements like this, it can take 2 to 4 weeks for the effects to become noticeable, especially if you're aiming for improvements in energy, mood, libido, or menopausal symptoms. However, for some benefits (like hormonal balance or long-term energy), it might take up to 8-12 weeks of consistent use to experience more noticeable results. The effectiveness can also depend on factors like:Your overall healthDiet and exercise habitsSensitivity to the active ingredients (Maca Root and Pycnogenol)Dosage and frequencyIf you're looking for significant changes, it's important to keep in mind that supplements usually take time to build up in your system. Always consider consulting with a healthcare provider to ensure it's the right supplement for your needs.

Seems to be helping her mood

My wife has terrible hot flashes and mood issues from post menopause. She normally takes a different supplement (different ingredients than this product) that helps with her irritability, which makes her hot flashes more tolerable. Whenever she runs out, her mood and anxiety take a turn for the worse. Her normal medication ran out, so I thought we could give this one a try. The first day she took it, she said that she felt strange all day. Not sure if it was from this or the sicknesses we've been passing back and forth with the grandkids, but thought it was worth mentioning. However, after the first day, her mood has definitely gotten better, and she doesn't have that strange/sick feeling. That seemed to be only the first day. I'm glad she decided to continue taking this. She seems to be happy again. The pills are easy for her to swallow, which is nice, because she often has trouble swallowing certain types of pills. The storage container looks more like a moisturizer container than a pill bottle, so that is nice. Easy to get them out. Hasn't helped with the hot flashes yet, but she's only been taking it for about a week. Having it help her mood and anxiety is the most important thing, though, so I'm grateful for that.As far as my own research on the ingredients, there haven't been a whole lot of studies yet. Not sure why. Of the studies that have been done, they show promise, but all have a note about needing further studies. I've read that one shouldn't take Meca Root more than 4 months at 3g, but these pills contain 500mg, so should be fine for longer. She may alternate between this and her old meds every 6 months or so, since her other medicine seems to have decreasing effect after a few months, so this seems to be a good alternative.Note that this product is also advertised as a libido enhancer with the same exact ingredients. Not sure about that, but having it improve her mood goes a long way towards other things.Overall, she's happy with the results so far.

Balanced Support for Menopausal Wellness- Hot Flashes, Night Sweats, Brain Fog, Libido, Mood

Navigating menopause can bring a mix of discomforts, from hot flashes and night sweats to brain fog and shifts in libido. This supplement takes a hormone-free approach to easing those challenges, relying on two well-researched ingredients: Pycnogenol® and Maca Root. Pycnogenol®, a potent antioxidant from French maritime pine bark, has been studied for its ability to support circulation, skin health, and hormonal balance. Maca Root, an adaptogen traditionally used for energy and hormone regulation, is known for its potential to help with mood, libido, and overall vitality. The simplicity of taking just one capsule a day makes it easy to incorporate into a routine, and with hormone-free ingredients, it offers a natural alternative for those who prefer not to take estrogen-based options. Consistency is key with supplements like this—benefits often build over weeks rather than providing immediate relief. While the effects may vary from person to person, this thoughtfully formulated blend offers a promising option for menopausal and perimenopausal support.**As always, results can vary from person to person. Consulting a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement is advisable. Keep well (:
